Shape Form Light - 10 Years in Place

INFORMATION:

•    This year the NAA is asking that members sign up for the Shape Form Light, 10 Years in Place Members Exhibit prior to the event. There is not a fee. This will help us plan space and layout for the exhibit.

•    Please download the accession form from the Events & Exhibits page and email to northportartsforall@gmail.com prior to drop off date. If you cannot sign up online, come to the office Tues – Fri, 12-4pm and we can assist you.

•    Artists may bring in five (5) pieces for the exhibit.
When an artwork sells you will be notified and given the option to replace with an artwork similar in size.

•    Artists may bring 1standard art bin for original prints of your work OR free standing display rack (no larger than 24” wide) for original cards, jewelry, etc.

•    Please notify the NAA of items over 36” in width and depth. We will determine if it will fit in the available space. Number of artworks per artists may be limited for large pieces.

•    The NAA reserves the right to refuse art that is not original or from a kit or pattern not created by the artist.

•    NAA art exhibits are intended to introduce new, original artwork to our visiting community. To ensure a fresh and diverse exhibit, artwork should not have been displayed at the NAA gallery in the past two years.

•    All work must have an art tag, provided by NAA at drop off, filled out by artist and attached to each artwork.

Artwork Drop off is Sunday, September 20 and Tuesday, September 22, 12-4pm

NO DROP OFFS AFTER 9/22/26, 4pm

Opening Reception October 3, 5-7pm

Gallery Exhibit October 4 – 31, Tuesday – Sunday 12-4pm

Artwork Pick up is Sunday, November 1, 12-4pm

SALES AND PAYMENT

The NAA receives 30% of sale price determined by the artist.

Sales tax will be included in each sale.NAA retains and pays Michigan Sales Tax on all sales.

NAA suggests that the Artist is to declare payment on personal income tax as recommended by their tax professional, and provide a W9 form if the NAA does not have one on file.

If your address has changed since your last exhibit submission at the NAA, please fill out a new W9 for NAA records.

Payments will not be mailed if a W9 is not on file at the NAA.

Works entered can be for sale or on exhibit only, at the discretion of the artist.
