Exhibit Details:

SUBMISSIONS

- SPACE IS LIMITED – NO FEE must fill out an application and submit examples

- Crows and their cousin themed arts. (crows, ravens, magpies, owls, hawks…spooky birds)

- Each Artist can submit up to 10 small pieces (jewelry, note cards, pottery, etc.
There is limited space for larger pieces. Artists can submit 1 larger artwork up to 24”x30”.

- To save time during drop off, please download the accession form and bring with you.

- Art cards will be available at drop off to indicate Title, Artist’s Name, Medium and Sale Price.

SALES

      - All sales will be made through Northport Arts Association.

      - Artists receive seventy percent (70%) of sale. The NAA retains thirty percent (30%) of sale,

        collects and pays sales tax.

      - Artists will receive receipt of sale and payment within 10 working days after the show.

      - The NAA must have a W-9 on file in order to send your check. If you sell over $600 at the

         NAA during the year you will get a 1099 for tax purposes in 2026

YOUR INVOLVEMENT

      -  PROMOTE THE EXHIBIT through word of mouth and social media.

     
Occasionally, NAA must cancel an event due to not meeting minimal applications, faculty illness or other unforeseen circumstances. If we do, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please be aware that NAA is not responsible for losses incurred due to housing, travel or other arrangements.
