Photo Exhibit Schedule
Application deadline May 3, 2026

Photography must be dropped off and picked up during these times!
Exhibit: Opening Reception, Saturday, May 23, 5-7pm        Gallery Exhibit May 24 - June 14, 12-4pm

LOCATION
  The exhibit and reception will be in the Northport Arts Association Gallery

SUBMISSIONS
- Each Photographer can submit up to 5 photos under 30” in width to be hung on display.
- Photos hung in the exhibit must not have been displayed at the NAA in a past exhibit. They can be in a bin of prints.
- Each Photographers may bring in one, free standing display rack/bin to display prints for sale.
- Photos will be hung by the gallery crew. An obvious photo series will be grouped together. We cannot guarantee all your photos will be grouped together.
- Photos must be installation-ready meaning it must be WIRED FOR HANGING. We will not accept saw tooth hangers, small wire or zip tie loops or holes on the back of prints or frames, nor will poorly constructed frames, poorly cut or dirty mats and poor print quality. (see judging criteria) 
- To save time, please download the accession form and bring with you when dropping off.
- Artist cards will be available at drop off to indicate Title, Photographer’s Name, Award Category and Price.
- All subject matter is acceptable, however NAA has a nudity policy which can be found on the website.
- Photos must be for sale. No “not for sale” items allowed in the exhibit. 
- Work must remain on exhibit until Sunday, June 14.
