Set-up Hours: No late set-ups, must be ready for business at 10am on Nov. 28
    Friday,     November 27    4pm – 7pm
   Saturday, November 28   8:30am – 10am

Take Down Hours:
‍ ‍Saturday, November 28    4pm-6pm

- Special requests of location will be considered, but not guaranteed.
- Items you are selling must be created by you.
- No multi-level marketing (MLM) sales items allowed.
- Chairs are provided
- The Village Arts Building has red table coverings for the tables that are available.
- Participants are not allowed to exceed their assigned space or move from their
  designated space without permission of the coordinator.
- Spaces can be shared.
- Each artist is responsible for their own sales. Have a cash box and device for credit
  cards such as a Square Reader or application such as Venmo or Apple Pay
- No early shut downs. You are to remain open the entire time of the sale.
- There is WI_FI access.
- Artists are responsible for collecting and paying state sales tax.
- Application Fees are not refundable after November 1, 2026.

Northport Arts Association (NAA) and Willowbrook Mill are not liable for any injury or damage to person or property. As an applicant to this event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northport Arts Association, the Village Arts Building and Willowbrook Mill from and against all claims, actions, damages, liabilities and expenses for personal injury or death and/or property damages arising out of or in any way related to vendors operations at the Holiday Arts & crafts Sale.

This is a small venue and artists are accepted on a first sign up basis.
- Only one (1) space per artist at this time.
- Full Space Approximately 8’ x 8’
$50.00 per full space NAA Member
$65 per full space Non-member
- Half Space Approximately 4’x8’ (available at NAA only)
$30 per half space NAA Member
$40 per half space Non-Member
- Spaces can be shared
- Please bring your own table. Chairs are provided. If you need a table please indicate on the application (There are no more tables available at the NAA, Willowbrook has tables and chairs for remaining spaces available)
- Participants are not allowed to exceed their assigned space or move from their designated space without permission of the coordinator.
- Fees are due in full with submission of this application.
- Request for cancellation and refund must be received in writing, within 21 days prior to the event, to the Northport Arts Association. No refund if less than 21 days notice.
- No early shut downs. You are asked to remain open the entire time of the show
